Dear Professors:
Due to the need for beta testing the research group’s website (https://npcompass.zju.edu.cn/en), we are currently collecting secondary mass spectrometry data and compound structures that meet any of the following criteria:
1. Newly discovered natural products not yet published; 2. New natural products published in the last 1-2 years; 3. Natural products with unpublished secondary mass spectrometry data.
If you have compounds that meet the above criteria but lack secondary mass spectrometry data, you can send samples (pure compounds or crude extracts containing the compounds) for us to collect the data ourselves.
Our research group is also willing to offer the following assistance:
1. Collection of high-resolution mass spectrometry data (primary mass spectrometry, secondary mass spectrometry, targeted, and untargeted high-resolution mass spectrometry data); 2. Deduplication of natural products (database matching, molecular networking); 3. Compound structure prediction; 4. Partial analysis of metabolomics.
We promise that all collected compound data will not be disclosed publicly and will only be used for internal testing purposes!!!
